5. Wholesale and Pallet Orders

All wholesale, bulk, and pallet orders are considered final sale. Pricing reflects bulk purchasing and does not allow for returns due to overstock, buyer preference, or resale performance.

  • Shipping and freight costs are not included unless explicitly stated.

  • Once an order is released to a third-party carrier, Arm Eco Foods is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused during transit.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Buyers are encouraged to inspect shipments upon arrival.
